No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products once they have been purchased and delivered.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Shopify.

Include:
 • Your order number
 • A description of the issue
 • Clear photos of the item and packaging


We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.



Non-Returnable Items


All items are non-returnable. This includes (but is not limited to):
 • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
 • Custom or personalized items
 • Personal care goods (beauty products)
 • Sale items
 • Gift cards



Exchanges
